We had the joy and opportunity to be at the first ever LiTT Yoga Festival. Spanning over 4 days and located in Quilcene, WA on Lake Leland.
We had the pleasure of hosting Yoga classes designed to help in connection, spiritual healing and energy clearing at the LITT Yoga Festival in Des Moines WA.
Seattle Yoga Class
Metsa Noma and Ronin Mane have curated a class designed to uplift and center yoga students, through the exploration of breathwork and sound healing, they center around notable elements of Kundalini practices, and Shamanic Healing.
